Diamond Survivors Inc. 12-Week Empowerment Pilot
From Safety to Stability to Financial Independence
Applications are now open for our inaugural October–December 2026 cohort.
The Diamond Survivors Inc. Empowerment Pilot is a 12-week, survivor-centered program created to support women who have experienced domestic violence as they rebuild their confidence, strengthen their financial foundation, and take meaningful steps toward long-term stability.
Through coaching, life-skills development, financial education, employment support, entrepreneurship guidance, and community referrals, participants will receive practical tools and compassionate support to help them move forward.
This is more than a program. It is a pathway to reclaiming your identity, rebuilding your life, and creating a future rooted in purpose and possibility.
About the Program
Diamond Survivors Inc. understands that surviving domestic violence is only one part of the journey. After leaving—or while rebuilding—many survivors face financial hardship, emotional exhaustion, loss of confidence, employment barriers, and uncertainty about what comes next.
Our 12-week pilot provides a supportive environment where participants can identify their goals, build practical skills, strengthen their decision-making, and create an individualized plan for stability and prosperity.
Participants will be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect throughout the program.

Participants will receive support in strengthening self-worth, rebuilding confidence, developing healthy boundaries, and reconnecting with their identity beyond what they have experienced.
Life and Mindset Coaching

Weekly coaching and empowerment sessions will help participants set goals, recognize limiting patterns, strengthen resilience, and create practical action plans.
Financial Empowerment

Employment and Career Stability
Participants will explore budgeting, banking, savings, credit-building, financial goal-setting, Establishing Trusts Funds, Building Generational Wealth, and strategies for moving toward greater financial independence.

Participants may receive support with résumé development, interview preparation, professional goal-setting, workforce resources, and employment advancement.
Entrepreneurship and Purpose

Women interested in entrepreneurship will receive introductory guidance on transforming their skills, lived experience, or ideas into a purpose-led business or income-generating opportunity.

When appropriate, Diamond Survivors may connect participants with trusted community resources for counseling, legal assistance, housing navigation, workforce services, benefits, or other specialized support.

Weekly Commitment: Monday's at 7pm & Scheduled 1:1 Coaching Calls
Space is intentionally limited so each participant can receive individualized attention and meaningful support.
Who Should Apply?
This pilot may be a good fit for you if you:
- Are a woman age 18 or older.
- Have experienced domestic violence or intimate-partner abuse.
- Currently live in Pinellas County Zip Codes 33705, 33711, & 33712
- Are ready to work toward emotional, personal, career, or financial stability.
- Can commit to participating throughout the 12-week program.
- Are willing to establish goals and complete agreed-upon program activities.
- Desire a confidential, supportive, and empowering community.
You do not need to have everything figured out before applying. You only need a willingness to take the next step.
